Meet Our Team
Dr. Ben Hammond
Senior Pastor
Pastor Ben was born and raised in Grand Haven, Michigan, and attended Tennessee Temple University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
He finished his Master of Divinity with Liberty Theological Seminary in December of 2012, and earned his Doctor of Ministry degree with Grace Theological Seminary in 2016.
Pastor Ben was called to preach in 2000 while attending Lupton Drive Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was ordained to the ministry in that church. He came to Eastlake in April of 2017.
Pastor Ben and his wife Lori have four children.

Eric Worthington
Worship Team Leader
Eric leads the worship/music ministry at Eastlake. He is also the principal of Hosford Park New Tech Elementary School. He and his wife Kathy, who is also a great asset to Eastlake’s worship team, have three children.
Linda Dault
Administrative Assistant
Linda joined the staff at Eastlake Baptist Church in 2005 as Administrative Assistant. She and her husband Mike have 2 children. Linda enjoys reading, cross-stitching and crocheting in her free time. Monday through Thursday you will find her in the church office taking care of various duties including answering the church phone, preparing the weekly church bulletin, and keeping everything running smoothly.
